How do i set up the virtual visit? do i need a certain device?
We use Zoom for our virtual princess visits!
It's free to use and we've found it to be very user-friendly.
You can use any mobile device or computer, as long as you have wifi or a data plan!
When you book through our online system, a zoom link will be created & emailed to you - easy peasy!
All you have to do is click it on that day.
We will host the virtual party, and we even have a moderator who will mute & unmute children during the event, for the smoothest zoom birthday party possible.
When we host the party, we also give the option to record a video of your event to be sent after the party for just $5.

What will the princess do?
Joy's Princess Parties characters have always been known for our entertaining princess characters with a theatrical twist.
The princess will spend time making each child feel special and heard, talk about her recent adventures as if she is in her castle right now, tell an interactive story, sing songs, answer questions, sing Happy Birthday with all of your guests, as well as all the activities listed in the party packages.
We will take into account any special messages or personalization you'd like us to add as well!
Order of Events and What to Expect:
We begin the party 5 minutes before start time and allow all guests to enter the waiting room.
When the party time arrives, we will admit all guests into the zoom meeting.
Then, we give 2-3 minutes for everyone to get their cameras/audio on, say hello, and wish the child happy birthday.
When the music begins, this means the princess character is about to arrive!
We'll mute everyone as a Royal Announcement is made and the grand entrance begins.
The Princess will arrive and say hello - and take some one on one time with the birthday child.
Then, she'll begin the fun activities included in your virtual party package!
The princess will spend time making each child feel special and heard, talk about her recent adventures as if she is in her castle right now, tell an interactive story, sing songs, answer questions, sing Happy Birthday with all of your guests, as well as all the activities listed in the party packages.

We provide FREE digital invitations to use!
The link to create them will be in your confirmation email when you book online.
The amount of party guests is unlimited, so invite as many guests as you would like - from all over the world!
(Please remember our booking scheduler is in EST!)
When we have larger virtual parties, we will mute the children during the princess stories & songs - but don't worry, we still have each child participate, doing actions and raising their hands to answer questions.
We will host a Q&A with the children at the end so they each have a chance to unmute themselves to ask the princess questions or just say hello!

It's $50 to add an additional character to any virtual princess party - and although they will be on a different screen for safety, it's still just as much magical fun!
Both princesses will take turns leading activities, singing songs, and interacting with each other and all the kids!
